of the Zambezi River just 40km from Katima Mulilo in the Caprivi
Strip, Namibia. Potential for this area is fantastic with superb
birding and fishing and its close proximity to Chobe National Park,
Victoria Falls, Mamile & Manudunu Game Parks. The lodge is
situated in the flood plains with all its wonderful diverse vegetation
and bird life. Having wetlands, grasslands and forest the area is home
to more than 430 Bird Species. Game is limited in this area, but big
herds of Elephant drift through from Chobe. Walks and 4 x 4 trails are

kalizo for 12 years and are a well known destination and receive many
regular return guests. All
our staff have been with us for many years, some from the start.
They have all been taught everything that we have done on this
property. We do
everything ourselves, and use no outsiders.

My Son Robert who has the Yamaha agency in the Caprivi region
has established himself and now
wants to concentrate on his business. My wife and I are now 66 years
old, I am a diabetic of long standing and my health is not that good
these days and we now need to retire.

proximately to Game Parks, Victoria falls, Fishing, Birding, a
fantastic climate and Natural beauty and is very well known.

There is no airstrip at the lodge but Katima Airport is just
outside Katima Mulilo town. We have many guests
