nature reserve and lodge are midway between Cape Town and the Garden Route and
close to De Hoop Nature Reserve and Cape Agulhas. The area is renowned

lodge was designed and built by an environmental conservationist who took
great care not to damage the unique vegetation surrounding the camp. To
avoid any damage to the environment all access within the bushcamp is now
along raised boardwalks.
Central
"Lapa" This
charming thatched structure is raised well above the ground offering views
over the fynbos. The lapa houses the living and dining areas, an
indoor/outdoor licensed pub and private reading room. The tiered deck running
the length of the northern side of the lapa is an ideal spot for guests to

Accommodation The
5 Rustic but comfortable chalets are built in the traditional Cape style
with thatched roofs. They have one large bedroom with an en-suite shower
and an open plan sitting area with a sleeper couch. Chalets are equipped with
bar fridges and coffee/tea making facilities. 3 of the chalets have a
mezzanine level with two single beds. All chalets have their own decks.
Chalets are 40sq.m.each. Each
chalet is carefully positioned to maximise privacy and all are accessed by
